Trying to find a day/time to schedule an event that will work for everyone?
There is a fun, FREE and easy tool for you called Doodle.

Doodle is as fun as its name and so easy grandma can use it. I’ve had a couple colleagues use it and the results have been very positive.
Doodle helps finding suitable dates and times for group events, e.g., an appointment, a conference call, a family reunion, etc.

In addition to scheduling events, Doodle also supports polls in general. That is, groups can conveniently decide on options other than dates.
Doodle will create a link for the participants and a link for you as the administrator. The participation link looks similar to the image below.The administration link allows you to do things like:

• Close poll
• Delete poll
• And more

You do have to create an account but it only takes a minute. Doodle is a great site you’ll want to save and use any time you need to schedule an event or take a poll.
